What's In A Name?

As a proud new parent (34 days and counting), I went through what most new parents go through, the dilema of picking a baby name.

My wife and I each had lists of names we liked, and we compared to see if any overlapped etc.

We eventually whittled it down to a couple boys names, and 1 girls name to choose from (we also were leaving the sex of the baby unknown until birth).

Picking a name can be stressful. And there are so many names to choose from, where do you begin?

You could get books of baby names to select from. You can ask your friends what they would choose. You could look online to see what the latest trends are.

Personally, I would suggest doing all of the above.

Here is a website that you can check on the latest trends in baby names. You can also search for specific names, see where they rank, and what their meanings are. It also has some stats on each name, so check it out and see it helps you pick out a name for your new baby!
