Kobe Beef?

Apparently you can't get Kobe beef in Canada or the States. You can't even import Japanese beef at all!

So how do all of these restaurants seem to be advertising Kobe or Wagyu beef for sale?

Well the short answer is, they shouldn't be, and in fact they are not telling you the truth. False advertising.
